Have been with Zen for 8 years
Have been with Zen for 8 years. The services has declined . The tech help is not consistent and information is not correct. What makes it worse I have moved twice before without my zen emails being effected but this time the have lost my email and this caused a lot problems. Zen do not seem to know how to fix it. I spent 3 days in row but no further in sorting it out. This is not good.
