I booked a flight to Israel using Travelocity which is part of Expedia. I also bought travel protection insurance which was promoted on Travelocity website. When the flight was canceled I tried numerous times to contact Travelocity and get my money back. I used emails, phone calls, and direct contact on the their website but no one bothered to reply. After more than a month I got a reply telling me to contact the airline and/or the insurance company directly. Travelocity would not help. When I called the insurance company they would not honor my travel protection telling me to resolve the issue with Travelocity or the airline. Customer service of Travelocity is a disgrace. Also, Travelocity should not promote on its website an insurance company as if it was part of Travelocity.
