Extremely helpful work from my call handler, Rhamwill. I had expected to be disappointed with customer services, as so often these days - but this experience was quite the opposite. Rhamwill traced my booking & repeatedly resent the confirmation using different email addresses, while coaching me how to find the wayward confirmation. Finally, it worked & I received it. I can’t thank Rhamwill enough & highly recommend NSP Customer Services as a reactive, conscientious & helpful organisation.
