First of all, I appreciate Gordon Barr’s direct and timely response and support. I understand that he has to reinforce Cigna’s requirements. He does so with respect and courtesy and with clarity. Furthermore the customer service team is also always helpful. It is difficult to navigate my current circumstances. I appreciate that Cigna has assigned a resource for me to go to for assistance.
