Very bad service and misleading deal
Very bad service and misleading deal. Beware when making a booking, read the fineprints. I paid for the full protection and no-financial obligation for no excess and no bond option online. But when I came to collect the car I was asked to pay AGAIN for the same options if I want to be covered by the same no excess-no bond insurance, because they said I paid my insurance through their agent, and that they’ve got nothing to do with it. Meaning 1.) I have to pay for the bond, and 2.) if there is damage to the car, I pay the $4,800 excess and then apy a refund from their agent who they said sold me the insurance. PLUS: 1. The car’s windshield water reservoir was empty!! This we realised when we needed it while underway and it drizzled. Posed a big risk to my family. 2. The car’s interior was not clean when we collected it. I called up their attention but didn’t bother them anymore to clean as we were running late. In short, find any other rental cars if you want a stress free travel. I won’t recommend this company.
