Sure sell your slightly cheaper stuff but why not provide the slightest effort in customer service. Every store I've been to has the most miserable team of staff members, no smiles, no instore music, feel like I'm being watched like a potential shoplifter and not once have I been asked for assistance. Pay your team more and perhaps they'll be less miserable!
