wrong information from support
I did my test and before sending it for processing, I checked with 2 different agents from the support, of what should I do, they send me a link with label that I should print and glue it to the box. I found this very strange, for what reason should the Portuguese post services work for free just because i print some paper? I asked to 2 different support agents if I needed to put some stamp, I was told I shouldn't because the return of the sample was paid and I should just drop it in a mail box. I found that weird and i went to the post office where I was told I should pay a stamp which I did...Right now i don´t know how long it will take to get to Shannon airport in Ireland even if I paid for an express delivery. I'm not satisfied at all with the support, if I had just dropped it in a mail box i would have lost my money, still I don´t know how is going to work from Shannon to USA. I'm really disappointed with this service.
