Shame, Shame on JP Morgan CHASE Bank
I have been with Chase bank now for 21 years now and watched their service decline over the last few years. They are not what they used to be. During PPP 2020 & 2021, I think they had to be the only lender who did not have a phone number for people to contact the PPP department with questions or to follow up. Really? When they mixed up my application with another business I spent months trying to get messages from the branch to corporate to correct the error. I kept getting promised someone would call. No one ever did. It’s been 9 months now. That's how a mega bank does business? They expose another business confidential information and when it comes to fixing that error, no one's there? I am still following up on the same error this year, the same scenario happened. No one has ever called me back about THEIR error which is preventing me from applying for SBA loans (with them or other lenders). This is outrageous. They also have other (Chase created) errors on my file and it has been one year now since I was informed of the error. Don't bank at chase. I am moving all 7 of my Chase accounts over all this lack of performance on Chase's end. CHASE is happy to take your money and thank you by disappearing after that if you need help from corporate and shame on them for not having any email or phone number for PPP applicants to contact them if needed. I’m sure that was so they could do their dirty business in peace (funding loans to businesses who weren’t intended to be recipients). Shame, shame on you CHASE!
