Poor Service
The home was lovely, but the pool had not been cleaned or serviced in quite some time. Unfortunately it took four days for someone to come out and treat/clean the pool. Needless to say our party was not happy. The spa was not working and probably has not been operational since the pool was resurfaced (according to the pool vendor). We also had a television that would not power on. This is only a big deal because management told me that the cleaning crew checks all tv's for power when turning over a unit. It just makes you wonder what else was overlooked. I was disappointed with the lack of proactiveness from Five Star as I had to initiate all calls pertaining to the pool. I spent more time on the phone then at the beach. The service was inadequate at best. Especially at the price point for the home. I'm sure the property owners would not be pleased with the level of neglect for the home.
