A good place to go find other individuals that are serious about language learning. In my Six month experience with the app using it daily. It is an “OK” place to meet and converse. Beyond that it is seriously lacking in features and has more bugs than a roadside diner. Typically what we do is meet on Tandem and then jump to another app like zoom or discord that has features like common group chat and screen sharing to then deep dive into our studies. The app has so much potential and they even have a place for feature request, but it seems they are not listened to.
