Exceptional Product and Outstanding Support
I purchased the Pod 5 and cover and absolutely love the product. Unfortunately, some circumstances meant I had to return it, but the experience with Eight Sleep’s support was excellent. Angel initially helped me, and Gamaliel took over, guiding me through the process with patience, clarity, and genuine care. What could have been stressful was handled smoothly and professionally. The Pod 5 improved my sleep quality, I’ve been recommending it to friends, and I fully intend to return as a customer when the timing is right.
