Worst software I have used in many years. Not user friendly, try for free before you invest. I am someone that fixes computers for the family & friends, can make a pc etc, but this software leaves me cold. I came away from BT (free with provider) & Google drive expecting more, all I got was a continuing headache. Called their UK phone & got nothing, filled in a request for help & got a phone call in return, but by the time I used it again, it failed to work for me. They need a friendlier interface.
