Great start, poor finish
Initial hire was great and staff were excellent but was told there was petrol in the cutter. When I went to use it, it wouldn't start as there was no fuel and I didn't have the time to go and get some. I asked for a refund as I didn't even use the cutter (and I bought a cutting disc for it as well) which was eventually provided after a bit of chasing.
