Excellent service
I wanted to treat my bestie in the UK with some NZ goodies for her birthday. Ordered from this site and couldn't have been happier. Original package went out quickly but my friend had trouble picking it up from the post office due to the strikes and it was returned; she contacted the company and they quickly sent out another package with no postage charges. Excellent customer service.
