Disappointed
I am so disappointed. My payplan is now complete but I feel like I was not informed about things properly. Poor communication. I had to contact several creditors myself and send them the paperwork myself. They added lots of extra fees on my account for the postage but I had to do the work for them. Some of my accounts are still not closed due to their poor communication. I had several issues with communication with them when my payplan was active too. I would not recommend them. response to your reply: I have provided you with everything that you asked for several times. Still waiting for your response regarding it. It has been a year now so all accounts should be updated. Please, call me before I complaint to the ombutsman
