I needed a quick AI writing assistant…
I needed a quick AI writing assistant and was drawn to this site by what seemed like a clean, professional layout and a ton of OpenAI language. Their homepage references GPT constantly, and I assumed it was using real API access or something close. Once I paid, though, I was shocked at how poor the product actually was. The AI couldn’t even handle a basic email draft without freezing or returning gibberish. Worse, the UI was glitchy, the prompts were limited, and it felt like an unfinished student project. After two days of trying to make it work, I gave up and sent multiple refund requests. Not only did no one respond, but the 'contact us' button leads to nowhere useful. This isn’t just bad business it’s intentionally misleading. They're riding on OpenAI’s name, collecting payments, and delivering broken junk. I’ve shared my experience with others in my industry and will continue to warn people. I also plan to consult a lawyer to explore reporting this under deceptive trade practices.
