Very Frustrating, no help at all!!!!!!!!!
Tried unsuccessfully to change my room from one King bed...to a 2 Double bed room. The Virtual Agent was useless!!!! He kept asking how can I help you although I typed it 3 different times as I have in this review. Then he recruited assistance from a Manager for this highly difficult request insert eyeroll. 30 minutes later I told him forget it I'll call. And I did call and was told only King or Single room available but the Hotel Website has plenty of 2 Double rooms available.....I will rethink using Travelocity. I told my sister I'd never had trouble using Travelocity just last week....and she said "You will if you ever have to make a change". Sister was 100% right
