unfair cancellation policy
option 1: Take next year's trip. My daughter is a HS senior and that will not work. Option 2: ACIS expects customers to lose over $1,000 on trip they cancelled. The cancellation was due to the federal ban but we are being penalized for it. Airlines have made full refunds and we tried contacting the hotels listed on the itinerary but they are closed. Option 3: Here's a transferable voucher, go and sell it. The policy revisions are only in ACIS' best interests not the customers'. This is an unprecedented event and we are all enduring hardships, but it will be business as usual for ACIS once the travel ban is lifted, ACIS expects us to just accept our losses and deal with it.
