I am puzzled, how can you take over a business, reduce the symbols payouts, charge the same to play, and the governing body(Gaming commission), says its fair?. Someone please explain it to me like a 5 year old. I need to be zapped with the Men in Black pen, because I still remember what the payouts were before, which is causing me great distress, the slots I like to play are exclusive to Tombola, so I keep falling for it, but you can't really enjoy it, when you know they have reduced the games to penny slots like Blackpool, you play 50p or £1 and get 4p or 12p, how is that fair, with the amount you stake?. I don't expect to win big everytime, but give me a chance, the old customers, are to afraid to say anything, as they just ban you, and close your account without good reason, it's happened to so many already, which is really sad. Tombola pay a fair payout on your arcade games, you have made your money back, by now, so think of your loyal customers.
