This website is a SCAM!! DO NOT book any hotels with them. I booked a room and paid extra for the refund. I couldn't make the room, canceled it and asked for a refund. They denied me multiple times even though i had a family emergency. They don't care!! I paid extra for the full refund and canceled it well before the due date, and they still say no. So I'm out of the room and my money. Book through the actual hotel, these side business are nothing but a SCAM!!
