Professional - Michael Thomas Review
I have been looking, continuously for the last month, at properties through variety of Estate Agents and have had a variety of experiences from different agents when showing me around. I have dealt with agents who believe there only role is to open the door, making no attempt to engage in the viewing, have no real idea about the property and one agent who was texting on their mobile phone through most of the viewing! So it was a very pleasant surprise and a big improvement when I had a viewing with Michael Thomes of Waterfords recently. Michael was not only dressed very smartly but also was very professional, fully engaging and made every effort to answer my questions and prompt me with ideas regarding changes we may have wanted to make to the property. Well done Waterfords and well done Michael!
