Poor customer service
I recently bought frames from Michaels, that are now on sale, so I called customer service to see if they would price adjust. Because I bought them 8 days ago (and not 7) they won’t adjust the price. But I can return the other ones (which returns are good for 60 days) and rebuy for the discounted price. Dumbest thing ever, creating more work for both myself and employees, and extremely poor customer service.
