Waste of money. The tutors have actually been really good but the platform is horrible. Constant disconnects on both sides. Here again been waiting for 10 min during a session for the tutor to reconnect ... quote from tutor "yes at this time of day that tends to happen - maybe running a bit out of juice". First time I gave it the benefit of doubt. Second time that's it. Seriously!
