The whole process
The whole process from enquiry, to surgery to all my post surgery care nothing was too much. There is nothing I could fault. From booking my surgery Lilly was absolutely lovely and made sure everything was taken care of for me. The surgeon and all the nurses and cleaning staff made my experience soo much more relaxed. They helped me every step of the way. I thought the language barrier would be a problem but it wasn't. We worked ways around it. When I got home after my surgery they provided me with everything I needed. I had the lovely help from Dietician Amy who was there for everything I needed. Amy went above and beyond. She would always answer as soon as she could. Always believed in me when I didn't myself. Without Amy's support I'm sure I wouldn't of been half as successful as I have been. It's been 6 months since my surgery and I feel amazing. 6 months just short of 6 stone lost and 4 dress sizes down.
