The way estate agents go
The way estate agents go, this one provided a good service. On a positive side, at no time did I feel like the team at Victor Michael tried to fool us, the whole process was transparent and, to the best of my knowledge, honest. Also, this agent is easy to reach, both, by phone and email. However, the contract with this agent is littered with small charges for this and that. For example, a failure to turn up to your appointment on time is punishable by £30 (or something like that), also, to renew your rental agreement at the end of the 12-month contract will cost you £150 (or so). Overall, would recommend.
