When Csn They Ever Get Anythibg Right

Once again Time Warner has failed to provide any reliable service. They came out yesterday to replace my cable box for I was receiving a service error and after they left I walk into my bedroom and the TV was not working. Yes we check the living room TV and cable connection but why would they not check all the other TVs in the house when they see a splitter connected to the box. So this morning I call my audio guy and we thought we fixed it buy unplugging and plugging in all the cords for it seemed to work at the moment. Two hours later I go back in my bedroom and turn on the TV. Now not only does it not work, it won't turn off and I have a blue glow coming from my TV. In my 40's, no longer need a night light. I called Time Warner, and 5 calls later they will not be coming out until Saturday for I work in an office and I'm not available for their service calls during the week Oh and let's not mention that the following happened during the calls - when ask for the suppervisor I was hung up on and no call back - was told someone would be calling me back in 30 minutes about a service call today - never happened - after waiting an hour for my call I was told someone would be out by 7pm tonight - didn't happen - received a service call reminder for an appointment tomorrow that I never scheduled - ask to speak to the supervisor's supervisor who was not there and they said they would not call me when ask if they could - ask to have the CEO call me and was told that would not happen and if I want I can go to their website On top of that, there was no offer of any compensation initiated by anyone I spoke too. Time Warner, you should be proud of your company and the service you provide because it is nothing worth be proud of.
