Bad experience..Much better experience
Late April I had the usual difficulty renewing my electricity plan for my second account with origin. So as before telephoned to make the arrangement, thought it had gone well but didn't receive confirmation. Early June checked my accounts online and confirmed plan not renewed, so emailed story and details to "hello origin" then engaged in email exchange over several days with "Jason" who I soon realised... from inappropriate replies to mine.... was actually an AI Chatbot . That seriously irked me.. remember folks the A stands for Artificial.. so phoned Origin again explained everything to Kiel...who was friendly and patient as I explained the long and tortuous story. Kiel promised to retore my plan with a better deal which he did, having appreciated my disappointment and frustration. Amazingly my email pinged the confirmation notice even before we finished the call. Great job Kiel, you are a credit to Origin. Thanks, Rod
