This company is a scam
This company is a scam. I paid for a flight to LAX with BA in Club World yesterday and received confirmation from Travel Junction by email. When I then went onto the BA website, the reference given by Travel Junction did not bring up any booking. I contacted Travel Junction who claimed my credit card had been declined. They then said the seats were no longer available at the same price, but they could offer me them at £700 higher price. Of course, these were the last seats.... I asked for confirmation of my payment being declined, as I knew this was false. They of course didn't send it, but kept badgering me to make the new booking. Had I not fortunately checked my booking on the BA portal, I could easily have assumed the booking was all confirmed and would have had a very nasty surprise when turning up at the airport. Addendum: Travel Junction claimed not to find my case, but I forwarded them the correspondence. They have since tried to have my review removed for being defamatory. This failed, as Trustpilot agreed it was a genuine review. Now they are trying again to get this review removed
