Deposit of £2,000 not returned, no answer on the phone
Like many other reviews we have not received our deposit back. (Wish I had looked on here before hiring from this company). We are a small Scout group, and hire 2 minibuses end of July 25. Since then we have been trying to get our £2k deposit back. We are disputing a cleaning charge, and unfortunately a rear window broke when sliding door closed on the other bus, but we cannot talk to anyone. Phone goes dead after 40 mins, emails are ignored. Have been emailing and calling since mid August (4 months). Steer clear !!!!
