I so wish I read the reviews before purchasing. I needed to exchange a pair of water shoes for a different size. I was advised to return the pair I had bought which they would refund, and then order the correct size. This was almost 2 months ago. I have sent multiple emails, with no response. I have not been refunded, nor have I received any order information regarding the second pair I bought. Such a shame! I am now out of pocket for two pairs of shoes, none of which I have! Seems like a scam. Update: 27/02/24 Sharkskin called me today (I didn't get the name of the lady who called, but she was very friendly and apologetic), I have been refunded for the returned pair and my shoes will be sent out soon. Which is a huge relief! It was good of them to call and give me this update personally.
