My visit to Michaels in Columbus MS was just about as perfect as it be. It makes such a difference when you go into a business, unsure of what to purchase, and the employees are cheerful and eager to help, without being pushy or overwhelming. I felt like they were knowledgeable about the products I was searching for and it made me feel confident about my purchase. I have been in stores where it felt as though the employee was bothered by my needing help, and didn’t know anything about the merchandise. I didn’t feel that way at all here, and I just really appreciate it. Shoutout to Grant and Tammy for being awesome!
