Worked with Thomas Scott and quoted $750 from Phoenix, AZ to Kansas City MO. the day of pick up he called and said his driver was full for today and has one for tomorrow for $1300. Seems like a scam operation. Received a call from their “customer service” asking me to take my comment down if they fired Thomas Scott and assigned my transport to another member of their team who would quote the lowest possible price. And asked if that would satisfy me enough to remove this comment. I responded with the only way I’d be satisfied is if they picked up my car tomorrow (1day late from my contract date) for the same price as the quote, $750. I’m doubtful I will get a call back and wonder if it’s even a legitimate business that I am willing to hand my keys over to.
