I am utterly fed up with this shambles…
I am utterly fed up with this shambles of an operation. First, failed delivery because the driver could not be bothered to find a park. He said there were no parks but I was home, there were parks. Second, I was lied to by the first Dan Murphy's agent who said it would be delivered on the same day as the first failed attempt. It wasn't. Thirdly, I was told it would be delivered on the 3rd of January. Only for no delivery to arrive. Lied to again. At all times I was told I would get a text to inform me of the delivery time. I didn't, lied to and mislead again. And then they have tried to deliver without letting me know. No text. How do you expect me to be home? This is the most incompetent logistics set up I have witnessed. I ordered this product on the 12 of December! I've been lied to and mislead from the start and I still don't have the goods a month later. It would be quicker for me to drive to Tasmania to the brewery and collect my goods. Utterly useless.
