Avoid - atrocious service

Ordered some C24 for a small extension job, got all the invoices etc, paid, and a few days later just had a paypal refund. No phonecall or email to say, "sorry were out of stock", no apology, no explanation just an email from paypal to say that eventually i'll get my cash back. If you need what you order to actually turn up, look elsewhere, as this has now pushed this job back significantly.

Used Cocoon to sell a property

Used Cocoon to sell a property - thought the £89 was too good to be true, and was probably a scam, but it was only £89 and was frankly astonished at how quick, easy and cost effective it was! I was fairly well prepared, so had all the documents they needed to hand, but sold in less than 72 hours for full asking price. 10/10 would definitely use again!
