Outstanding business class service
Upgraded to business class and it was worth every penny. Lie-flat seats, excellent dining options, and attentive service throughout the 8-hour flight. The crew remembered my preferences from earlier in the flight. Only downside was the boarding process took longer than expected, but the flight experience more than made up for it.
