Snail mail quicker than internet order.
Placed a reasonable order online with what I thought was the local branch, no receipt or confirmation that the order had been received. Sent a message via email the next day requesting information regarding further purchase of 4 items, 48 hours to respond and only addressed 2 of the items ( quick quote! Ha!) Still nothing regarding the order, further message via messenger 4 DAYS no response, had tried phoning, no answer. Phoned the local branch at Bow Street quoted the order number, that's not their order number explained the situation, there's a problem, NO SH.T! Sherlock , "it's on for delivery today but the vehicle is in the garage". Very apologetic eventually got the delivery that afternoon great helpful driver. Went back to messenger asked " DOES ANYONE MONITOR THESE MESSAGES?" Got a reply the next day 06.04!!! apologising. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE AS THEY ARE STUCK IN THE 20th Century, deal directly with the branch.
