Carilyn was quite helpful today. Managed to set up my account and direct debit within minutes. I had been trying for months to get this sorted and previosuly everytime i called i was told to wait and nothing could be done over call for me.

I met Megan on one of the viewing of the houses. She was very professional in her dealings and was very welcoming. The best part was that she was available to be reached during office hours through her cell phone, and made in person viewings possible during covid times a well. Even though i didnt ended up renting the property from john shepherd but i will definately be recommending her to my circle.
