Audley Travel saved the day
We booked to go to Nova Scotia but when we came to look for insurance the problems started. A pre-existing health condition pushed the price up to an unviable level. Emily Lawson, the Canada specialist worked hard with us to try and find a solution, remaining cheerful and encouraging throughout. Eventually though we had to concede defeat and cancel. Audley again excelled itself by allowing us to switch our deposit to another trip, in Europe, for which insurance is a much more sensible price. So thanks to Emily, and her colleague Alana from the Greece team, all being well we will be off to Greece in September. Thank you to all concerned. You made a stressful situation much easier through your professionalism and patience.
