Error Reporting and Correction process failure. With a large amount of content there will be errors. However, the Seneca error reporting system does not work. Seneca claims they will fix errors in a day or two. I have seen the same errors over months. 1. Seneca does not acknowledge reported errors - by email or otherwise. 2. As there is no response from Seneca the error reports just 'disappear', there is no accountability. 3. I have emailed SENECA directly and, again, no adequate response. This is not that hard. I have used other education websites with a robust error reporting system (for example, KwizIQ) and it provides great confidence in the content. To be fair to SENECA, some courses, such as AQA GCSE Computer Science are great. Others, such as Edexcel iGCSE Physics and Edexcel iGCSE Chemistry are, frankly, shocking. I have stopped my son using these two courses as there is just too much unreliable material which detracts from his learning/revision. Overall, for a subscription service, this is poor.
