Right bunch of Cowboys
brought a bike via the internet the bike was a triumph speed triple with what they said was full service history but on the 12k service it had just written in it oil, oil filter that was it this is when the valve clearances should have been done, after 10 days of having the bike it developed a missfire which in turn made the engine sound louder, contacted wheels they collected the bike after having it for two weeks they delivered it back to me saying there is nothing wrong with the bike so the bike was still the same after riding the bike for about another 2 weeks to and from work and the occasional ride out, it then became more difficult to ride at slow speed so contacted wheels again who basically said i was lying. but one of the customer services team booked the bike in to be collected. so it was collected again about a week later they had the bike for another 17 days before it was returned with the same problem. i took the bike to a triumph dealer near me and the list of problems they diagnosed came to a total of £2.650.47 so the bike should never have been sold in the first place. this is when i rejected the bike and after 9 months of fighting the finance company have given me the money back only because i got the financial ombudsman involved. i advise you not to purchase a bike form these cowboys. all they want is your money and then your on your own.
