Unsatisfactory returns/replacement service.

The products are great and well priced, I've had 2 issues with 2 different products namely one leaking badly ruining a jacket pocket, the second was a battery unit not working on 1 side, the service to rectify was not satisfactory at all, no point going into it at depth.
