This was my first visit to this brand new Michaels. Very clean and organized. Found the cake pan I wanted and and other things I needed. When I got to the checkout I was met by Jasmine, a friendly, kind and knowledgable employee. She answered my questions about coupons and gave me good advice. That kind of service is rare these days, and I really appreciated it..
