Disappointed after asking for viewing…
Disappointed after asking for viewing on an investor property on Evesham road as a cash buyer to be told no slots available. Surely the object of an estate agent is to invite as many offers as possible to achieve the highest price. I was told they already had several viewings booked and told me I could make a ‘blind offer’.
