Scam, Fraud, You've been warned.

This company is running one of the most deceptive and manipulative subscription schemes I’ve ever experienced. Without my knowledge or consent, Super.com (also known as Super+ and formerly Snapmoney Inc.) charged my bank account $15 every single month starting in December 2024. I never agreed to any membership, never received a confirmation, and never even used any service from them. What’s even more disturbing is how they hide behind confusing names and a rebranded identity. You think you're just booking a hotel or browsing deals, and next thing you know, you’re trapped in a subscription you never saw coming. Then when you try to cancel, they hide behind an automated phone system that offers no real help. It’s like trying to escape from a financial trap set on purpose. I later found out I wasn’t alone. Countless others are victims of this same tactic — people being charged for months without knowing it. They’ve been doing this under different names, hoping people won’t notice or won’t fight back. And here’s something important to notice: a large number of the 5-star reviews posted about this company are extremely suspicious. Many are written by users with generic names, no profile pictures, and no review history. Most of them use vague, robotic language like “Great service” or “Very helpful” with no real details. This looks like a deliberate attempt to bury the negative reviews and mislead the public. Real customers are reporting fraud, but fake reviews are inflating the rating. I’ve reported the charges to my bank, blocked the company, and now I’m warning others: stay away from Super.com, Super+, and anything linked to Snapmoney Inc. This isn’t just bad business — it’s a scam in disguise. I sincerely hope the BBB reconsiders their A+ rating. You’ve been warned.
