Order not received

At the end of November I ordered a controller believing it would be delivered in time for Christmas as it was a present for my son (the only thing he had asked for) - I was so wrong. As it got closer to Christmas I contacted defy via email asking for an update and reassurance my order would be received before Christmas. After a few days wait I was told my controller would be dispatched on 22nd December with next day, before 1 pm delivery. Great, I thought - panic over. 1pm on 23rd December came and went, still no delivery and no tracking details had been received. I contacted Defy again only to discover they had finished for Christmas and were not open again until 4th January! I foolishly hoped the controller would arrive between Christmas and New Year - I was wrong. It is now 6th January and despite several attempts to contact Defy I have heard nothing from them. They have took my money but failed to deliver my order and are not replying to any of my correspondence. I am not impressed and would not recommend anyone orders from them. I have had to resort to writing this review in an attempt to get my order!!! Not acceptable.
