Door lock not working from outside on a Saturday evening. I phoned the out of hours contact- atrocious doesn’t even come close. They refused to accept it was broken until the only other tenant reported it. I explained it's the weekend and over Easter did i need to sit outside the house for up to 2 weeks- apparently so as no alternative given. I explained i needed access to my medication, no empathy or solution provided. They promised a call back within half hour, 9 hours later they tried to call. So a solo female requiring medication was going to be left on an outside doorstep overnight if it had been up to this company
