Half of picture was missing.

I thought that I had ordered a horizontal or landscape frame according to looking at the first frame on the order form. When I got the order they were all portrait frames. All of the background was cut off. On o e picture half of the people in the photo were cut off. I don't know who decided which end to cut off. I openned a complaint and was told that I made a mistake and made an offer for me to pay for replacement pictures within 48 hours. Where is the quality control on pictures where half of the pictures is obviously missing. Will not ever use or recommend this company.
