Water leakage was discovered and nearly 700 pounds refund was calculated by a consultant as a legal leakage allowance...But it needed to be approved supervisor. It ended up 160 even that is less than even one single payment excess. 3 different phone calls t n avail. They brag about allowance but will find excuses not t give it.
