Zero customer support when you have issues with dodgy hire companies
Recommend Zest to my daughter but they were absolutely useless when she had a problem with an Italian hire company trying to rip them off for a broken lock (very common scam apparently) and a chipped windscreen. Zest gave no support just agreed with the hire company. Don’t think I will be using or recommending them again after this appalling customer support.
