Great help from support
I placed an order that unfortunatly is currently lost by the carrier. Xometry support is doing all they can to help me at the moment, and they are kindly speaking my native language (French), even if I offered to speak with them in english :) They even kindly offered me a compensation for the lost of the order, even if it is not their fault I had a bit of trouble to phone Xometry support, but that's solved now.
